How to develope a Cytoscape 2.3 plug-in using Eclipse. Cytoscape and Eclipse are both freely-downloadable open-source Java programs.
- Cytoscape API Documentation The complete javadoc from CVS circa version 2.3. The publicly available Cytoscape documentation omits most classes, so this can be referenced instead.
